The Department of Human Services is one of Illinois’ largest agencies, with more than 13,000 employees. IDHS provides state’s residents with streamlined access to integrated services, especially those who are striving to move from welfare to work and economic independence, and others who face multiple challenges to self-sufficiency.

A new Digital Experience Portal is created for Quality Review along with iOS Mobile App for feild agents. MonoSoft Corp as a subcontractor to ISAC’s prime vendor lead this collobrative effort with ISAC and DHS IT Department. We implemented Cross Platform Development approach for iOS application, this application is available for employees through Mobile Device Management (MDM). Introduced Liferay Portal to DHS for administrative services. Utilized Xamarin Forms as our cross platform development. Complete Life Cycle of software development is followed. Provided Authentication and Authorization by integrating exisiting LDAP authentication of DHS, utilized RESTFull services for data processing.
